Post Construction Final Cleaning Service
Purpose
The main objective of Final Cleaning is to prepare the facility for occupancy. Our job is to provide final cleaning in order for turnover to the Owner. Quality Craftsmanship Contractors has over 40 years of experience in working with local and national contractors to provide a clean facility for their customers. We work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure our crews are ready when the trades have completed each area of a project. We keep detailed notes as we complete each area.
Procedure
Our sales team will schedule a meeting to gather all necessary information in order to accurately bid your project. Once the project has been approved, it is turned over to our Operations Team and they will work with your team until the building is turned over. We work hard to ensure the homeowners or building occupants can return to their spaces in a timely manner. All work must be approved by the client at the end of each working day (via in person, photos or video conferencing).
Our cleaners bring all necessary cleaning chemicals and equipment to perform all duties listed on the agreed upon Scope of Work.
Post Construction Final Cleaning Services
- Final cleaning, including wiping, polishing, sanitizing and removing debris.
- Floor maintenance including stripping & waxing, auto scrubbing, carpet cleaning.
- Window cleaning, including all exterior windows, inside & out and all interior partitions. We also provide high rise window cleaning
and can rent lifts to get to hard to reach areas. - Day Porters can be provided to help with day to day tasks for the duration of the project
